The film “Zombie” is a journey between hope and dystopia in a hallucinated Kinhsasa, from the culture of the hair salon to futuristic solitary clubbing, from the urban parade to the glory of a dictator in campaign (Papa Bollo) to modern western in the Takeshi Kitano style.
In parallel, the film is based on the almost carnal relationship we have with our phones.
The device becoming like an outgrowth of the hand and giving us the talent of digital ubiquity…
Le film Zombie est une traversée entre espoir et dystopie dans un Kinhsasa hallucinée passant de la culture du salon de coiffure, le clubbing futuriste en solitaire, la parade urbaine à la gloire d’un dictateur en campagne (Papa Bollo) et le western moderne à la takeshi Kitano.
En parallèle, le film repose sur le rapport presque charnel que l’on entretien avec nos téléphones.
L’appareil devenant comme une excroissance de la main et nous donnant le don d’ubiquité…
