Tina, also known as Salimata Traoré, is a Malian musician and dancer.
Daughter of the great singer Maïmouna Dembélé, Tina discovered music at a very young age through dance by accompanying her mother, the great Malian singer Maïmouna Dembélé from Markala, during her tours. Spotted by artists of international renown, she has toured extensively as a backup singer and dancer with artists such as Salif Keita, Toumani Diabaté, etc…
The great sensitivity, humility and accuracy of tone that characterize her sustained voice immediately charm the ear. She sings in Bambara.
