Shado Chris
Born in 1987, Shado Chris started playing piano at the age of 8 and grew up with the sounds of popular Ivorian artists of the moment like Meiway, and also US, ranging from Michael Jackson to 2Pac. As a teenager, he discovers rap and listens to his Ivorian elders Almighty, Stezo, DDf … At 15 years he joins a choir and learns to work his voice.
Shado Chris gradually mounts his own recording studio in the family courtyard, and starts working on the albums of some young artists in his neighborhood. Shado is since 2010 the basis of the success of the young band Kiff No Beat, group of which he is the arranger and appointed beatmaker.
There are many collaborations with artists from the Ivorian Afrobeat scene, such as DJ Lewis, Bamba Ami Sarah, Dj Marshal, Serge Beynaud, Force One, TNT …
