Erickson le Zulu, ex-disc jockeys (DJ) at Roland Garros is a singer from Côte d’Ivoire of Malian origin, having spent his childhood in Congo.
Father of 2, Erickson le Zulu started singing at the age of 9 with his mother in church in the Congo. But, it was once in Côte d’Ivoire that he entered the world of DJs. This is how many people discovered him in a large maquis in the square (Roland Garros today known as Texas), where he officiated with Inno 100 Versace. In 2006, he was awarded the Male Performer of the Year award at the RTI Music Awards.
