Samira is a Comorian singer born in Moroni in 1991. Her father is Malagasy, her mother a Comorian from Bangoi Hambou Grande-Comore.
After obtaining her degree in Applied Foreign Languages in 2015, she met Moumtaz who is a friend of her brother Salim. She then began to share with him her childhood passion for music. This led her to many collaborations, including with Damost Wanted for the track Gentleman, Adina, Drogba, Dadiposlim, J-Z Djohar, and Goulam as a backing vocalist during his 2018 tour in Comoros.
Afropop artist, SAMIRA was a finalist of the Nyora 2020 edition, the national “The Voice” in Comoros, widely acclaimed by the public thanks to her remarkable and outstanding performances.
